Pak gives China blank cheque , China 'not interested'

"It is for the Chinese to decide what amount they fill in. As far as Pakistan is concerned they (China) have a blank cheque," Foreign minister Qureshi said while speaking at the State-run China Institute of International Studies.
The Chinese however have been reluctant to take up the offer.Mr Ka Mei Na the CEO of Mei Hu Na Distempers Limited had a few words of caution for the Chinese, he said " the previous cheque for $2000 that Pakistan owed us for supplying all weather paint for Shaheen Missiles has repeatedly bounced, the Pakistanis should stop fooling us and pay up.
Ka Mei Na was not the only one cautious about taking up the offer. Chus Li of Fak Mei Mao Road transport Limited minced no words while complaining about non payment of dues, since 1998, when Chus Li drove his lorry carrying take away nook bums, across Karakoram, to deliver them on time at Photochor labs to save the H&D of the Pukes. Saarji, the only reason motorhama Carla Khan calls herself a Baki is because she wanted to play for England in the Commonwealth games 2002, but was not considered good enough for England then. Hence she applied for Bakistani Vijja (and hopefully wasn't granted a Canadian Vijja instead) so she could play as a Baki in the Commonwealth Games. She did get Baki vijja, but International Squash federation squashed her chance to play then claiming she wasn't bious enough
