Actually this form of unofficial training is commonly practiced in many countries of the Chinese diaspora, such as Singapore. My friend who served in the Singapore military (like all able-bodied males), described this as a "team-building" session within each infantry platoon. Basically an infantryman holds the target while the rest of his platoon takes shots at the target, then its the turn of the next guy, and so on, until everyone in the platoon has fired at and been fired at, by the rest of the team. Supposed to build a sense of camaraderie, and all that gung-ho stuff, Chinese style.
Try doing that in any non-totalitarian country and see how enlistment plummets!

I find it interesting that tarrel Bilathel Wen visited Pakistan to lick Paki ass and two days later Pakis develop the balls to do the following:
1) test a Ghauri(PBUH) missile
2) violate Indian airspace
3) set off LeT terror alerts in India

Both are good propaganda - the video and the photo have been used for creating an image that is designed to make the viewer respect and fear the people in the images. Clearly they would be very careful about exactly who is doing the shooting. At least in modern Romania I guess. Don't know about China.
After all what could the relatives of a recruit killed in China by a lousy shot do other than wank off against the great wall? Sorry. OT for this thread.

Re: Terrorist Islamic Republic of Pakistan (TSP): Oct. 20, 2
After the pathetic state of the Railways in Pakistan, especially electric traction, let us see how the shipping industry fares there.
The 42 nd Congress of the ITF, which was held in Mexico City recently, noted that Pakistan merchant marine was among the worst affected by the global situation, which had led to a reduction in trade volumes and a decline in freight rates.
Besides, the non-existence of a defined shipping policy and a Merchant Shipping Act had further worsened the situation in Pakistan.
The strength of a national fleet owned by the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation will be reduced to three from the current 10 resulting in the loss of permanent employment with a diminishing fleet.
This would force officers to seek employment on FOC registered ships known for their poor safety standards, unhygienic conditions, low and non-payment of wages, abandonment of ships and even non-payment of death and disability compensation to seafarers.

I particularly liked the NYPD's assumption that the terrorists would attack the hospital where the wounded were receiving treatment. It is a particularly brutal Paki technique and NYPD has understood that.

I have seen the scum bag fist hand in NYC, he is a typical RAPE, like a mad dog whose ass is lit on fire, the guy gets animated when you talk about Kashmir, oozing the usual drivel about India's "700,000" troops raping, pillaging, you name it. Turkish-Pakistani relationship
Obviously, the contribution made by the Muslims of the Indian Subcontinent have been usurped by Pakistan and Pakistan alone. In the minds of the Pakistanis, Islam and Pakistan are synonymous and anything Islamic in Hindu India naturally “belongs” to Pakistan.Turkey and Pakistan’s relationship is marked by a decades-old friendship and shared history, which is frequently manifested through mutual cooperation and love. The Turks of today still value the contribution made by the Muslims of the Subcontinent in the Turkish War of Independence.
The volume of trade stands at an abysmal $ 1 billion. Even India enjoys a trade volume of around $ 2.5 billion and is the 16th largest trading partner of Turkey.
Pakistan’s leadership was expecting to engage Turkey in long-term cooperation in the energy sector; however, most of the agreements inked focus on the social sector. Analysts have expressed surprise at the ministers and officials being unable to attract Turkish investors’ attention towards the Pakistan’s energy sector.
Absence of concrete measures or agreements in the field of defence and energy might disappoint many Pakistanis; a lack of preparation and convincing power on the part of Pakistan seems to be the foremost reason.
So, one more friend is unwilling to put any money into the begging bowl; he has also told the beggar that he should earn his money by working rather than begging. From the outset, the Turks appear to be keen in helping our beleaguered nation to get through these turbulent times, but on the other hand they also seem interested in gauging our own seriousness in facing up to these challenges.
Re: Terrorist Islamic Republic of Pakistan (TSP): Oct. 20, 2
Here is an article that sheds light on ZAB's mullah-appeasement policies
To put it briefly, the chief mistake that Bhutto made was the appeasement of the clerics. Why did he do this? This is a complex question but it was chiefly his foreign policy vision that determined the change in the course on which he had won the mandate to rule. His coming to power was a revolution, for he mobilised the masses and got himself elected on a socialist, progressive agenda that demanded radical socio-political changes in society. It included striking at the power of all the forces of reaction, of which the feudal lords, clerics and the army were the three interlinked wings. However, while in power, he gradually distanced himself and got alienated from the progressive agenda and the forces representing it.
The change of course was determined by his thinking that Pakistan would gain more by unifying the Islamic world around his leadership, tapping the resources of the Islamic world and creating a third bloc besides the ones led by the US and USSR. Such thinking marked a reversal on the home front that led to legislation such as the banning of alcohol and declaration of the Ahmedis as non-Muslims. This was a dangerous path that he chose for himself. What he failed to see was that in the Cold War era, the clerical forces were deeply allied with the US. Therefore, his strategy of standing up to the US while appeasing the clerics at home was bound to lead nowhere but to his own downfall.
The religious right considers democracy that invests power to legislate to the people and their elected parliament as contrary to shariah and therefore un-Islamic. According to their vision of Islam, the ultimate authority in Islamic society rests with the ideologues and guardians of shariah, namely the clerics.

According to the Police of the land of the pure:
* These girls were drunk
* Yeh larkiyan Mukhtaran Mai nahi hain, yeh doosri maiyan hain!
* Police officers have attempted to portray the women as call girls and cast serious doubts on their statements
* The general assumption is that if the woman had a “bad character” it was acceptable to rape her.
* I think she is a dancer

On the same lines as the Sitara and the gyrocopter, BRFites will remember the "indegenously developed UAV" that the Pakis showed off a couple years ago that turned out to be a remote controlled toy RC plane you could buy in the US for <$500.

No need for that. The Pakis have the Chinese by the balls just as much as they have the US by the balls. I think we are constantly told on this forum of how every country/group works for its self interest (except India whom we must criticize). It is in Chinese self interest to get their balls squeezed by Pakistan.
You know the difference between India, China and the US?
India gets is balls squeezed openly by Pakistan while the Pakis laugh and the US and China watch
The US gets its balls squeezed by Pakistan while pretending that al iz wel
China too gets its balls squeezed by Pakistan while pretending that al iz wel.
India is the only country being honest here. We openly admit we can do nothing about Pakistan and at least don;t pay billions in protection money. Both China and the US are paying protection money to Pakistan to try and stop them from causing trouble. Pakistan wants us to do that too.

Since Najam Sethi very clearly acknowledges Chinese help in battle tanks, and in nuclear and missile technology, including hooking up Pakistan with North Korea for some very fruitful exchanges for Pakistan in this area, it is hard to see China as paying protection money to Pakistan to stop them from causing trouble. Rather, China is helping them be an effective trouble-maker.shiv wrote: India is the only country being honest here. I was about to post the same thing that A_Gupta posted above. I agree the take away from Jihadi Sethis show is
Cheena is not interested in doing trade with pakis. Cheena does not beleive in paki geostrategic significance pipe dream. Cheena will not provide free money the way unkil did in cold war and WOT.
The other part is Cheena will provide second rate technology required to create tanks bums and mijjile that can be used by pakis to create nuicense for India.

Pakistan army plane crashes, 2 killed
QUETTA, Pakistan -- A Pakistani police officer says a small army training plane has crashed into mountains in the country's southwest. He says the pilot and co-pilot died in the crash.
The officer, Abdul Hakim, says the plane crashed on Wednesday close to the Afghan border in Baluchistan province.
An army official said the plane likely crashed due to a technical fault. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media.

what does this mean? Pasha can never visit US since he has a case pending against him?
US Suits Against Pakistani Spy Chief Face Hurdles
US Suits Against Pakistani Spy Chief Face Hurdles
Also its not that Pasha did this in his personal capacity but as an official of the government and army so the ban should be extended to both these organizations. But experts say a U.S. court could find that Pasha, as a high-ranking foreign official, is protected by sovereign immunity. Even when not protected, many international defendants don't bother to respond to summonses and, as a result, never see the inside of an American courthouse or engage in settlement negotiations.
Judges can hear testimony from the plaintiffs and order damages, but the chances of collecting are a long shot. In some cases, judges have tossed out cases after the U.S. government opposed them on diplomatic grounds.
