NSA Ajit Doval is 79 years old.
My guess would be that his five year extension is given so that action on terrorism is prompt, instead of having to wait for a new NSA to settle into office.
I have my concerns about his continuing in office.
It's not his ability to handle a high stress job at his age (which is important in 24*7 job) , but it goes against the norm of retiring at 75
(which itself is a long extension for a bureaucrat).
There will be equally competent people who will be passed over for promotion if anybody stays in his post too long.
My sense is also that things have been slipping recently - the Pannun affair, no timely detection of foreign interference in our election,
revival of terror in Jammu.

- CBN has come up a catchy solgan. We need Skills census not caste census. BJP has to latch on to it and keep calling pappu a bigoted filthy animal working on hatemongering and NDA is working on development and progress. I am really getting depressed with how BJP is letting these scums take advantage of BIF and keep on hateful rhetoric. Very very sad and pathetic. Nadda has to go

Deans ji,
Doval is no more a babooze
He has had cabinet rank, and status, equivalent to the cabinet ministers in the CCS, since 2014.
retirement age does not apply to ministers, because they usually serve at the pleasure of the PM

And also, this helps too..
Modi-Meloni bilateral at G7 Summit:
1 - Meloni congratulated Modi for his third consecutive term as Prime Minister.
2 - PM Modi thanked his Italian counterpart for the invitation to participate in G7 Outreach Summit and conveyed his appreciation for the successful conclusion of the Summit, the MEA said in a statement.

Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita & Bharatiya Sakshya Bill....introduced by HM .@AmitShah Ji, to be made applicable from 1 July!
How will they ensure justice in criminal cases?
One example:-
2000:- Terr0rists attack 7 Raj Rifles unit stationed within Red Fort premises. 3 soldiers dead.
Mohd Arif, the main conspirator is arrested by Delhi police after 4 days.
2005:- Trial court sentences him to death.
2007:- Delhi HC confirms the trial court's order.
2011:- SC maintains order.
2012:- SC rejects review petition.
2014:- SC rejects curative petition.
Sep 2014:- Constitution bench of SC rules that, all cases in which de@th sentence is awarded by HC, should be listed before a bench of 3 judges. This allows Arif to apply for rehearing of review petition. He grabs the opportunity.
2022:- 3 judges SC bench rejects his review petition.
Arif files a mercy petition.
June 2024:- Mercy Petition rejected by President Murmu Ji.
Now, Arif can move to SC again pleading for commuting De@th Sentence into life imprisonment on humanitarian grounds citing mental trauma he had to go through for 24 yrs. A gang of Human Rights Activists will support him. Dalal advocates like Ashant Dushan, Indir@ J@ising etc will plead on his behalf. Finally, SC may allow commutation of De@th Sentence into Life Imprisonment and...Arif will happily live thereafter, on taxpayers money, waiting for CONgress Govt to come to power & pardon him + facilitate his safe return to Pakistan.
The 3 Bharatiya Laws introduced by #Modi Sarkar (by scrapping IPC, CRPC & Indian Evidence Act) will SCRAP all this Nonsense and ENSURE time-bound completion of Trials, Appeals & Execution of Sentence.
End of "Tarikh pe Tarikh" era.
Will CONgress like it?

Amber ji,
That is clearly evident but why is the pope in the first row
vatican is neither part of the G-7 and nor does the pope have any role in this gathering, but he is still there and right in the front row
It is very symbolic that Modi has been placed prominently in the group photo and that is courtesy Ms Meloni
Modi being accorded that space would have caused some consternation in the global arena, not to mention the severe angst in certain quarters in India and the indi gang of crooks

It has to be within a few days for a coalition unless it's a single party majority and the oppostion can move a no confidence motion every six months. I am not hearing about any impending floor test though.

The more I see and read about NaMo, the more I realise that he is more democratic, non-confrontational and secular than most of the other full term serving PM's.
The 100 day major decsions probably will be more about trade/growth/?? devolution of power maybe to the grass roots level rather than ??Hindu centric.
Devolution of power to grass roots level will that enetually break the State's hold on National/Federal schemes??
There maybe silent support for legal battles vis-a-vis Muzrai Act/1991 Temples/Waqf/Kashi/Mathura, I really doubt any legislative endeavours in that direction.
So given this what could G7/G20 summit provide avenues for his vision 2029(if he is going to carry on till then)
A major stumbling block in all this is the 'China Factor'!!
One good thing in all this is the same old CCS to continue so as far as loco-regional security is concerned there wont a major shift
But apart from a couple the present G7 and his old friends may not be around come next time.
Sleepy/Macron/Rishi/Turd all facing serious anti-incumbency??
Is that reason NaMo is in the Centre(hoping that he will that link to the next group of International Satraps!!!)
Hmm could a bunch of hard right will lefty looney from Brits seriously upset the group.

They arrested several folks for selling NEET paper one day earlier in Gujarat, Bihar. But the Education minister is sleeping and not even responding. Every scum on the left is spreading rumors on it. I am surprise how Modi and his team are ignoring this totally. Why did we get the same Education minister? Several students feel that NEET is unfair with all the leaks this year. They should address this issue ASAP

The root cause of slums is simply an unforseen reaction to democracy. Politicians create / cultivate and protect encroachments to enjoy electoral gains via slum votebanks rather than develop proper planned civic spaces and legal settlements.
Granted these slums are sources of cheap labor but this comes at the cost of massively increased real estate prices to consumers and organized businesses due to an artificial scarcity via illegal occupation reducing land supply. Upto 40% area in most urban cities in India are encroached or in some legal litigation in courts. This is an unwritten 700% tax on urban citizens of India as average urban house price is 20 years annual income as compared 3 years in USA.
Solution: Voting rights in elections should only be given to those living (rented or owned) in stamp duty /property tax paid legal/ planned / unencroached housing.
Electoral college should give representation of migrant workers living in legal settlements in their location of work. Today both blue and white collar migrants in India are effectively disenfranchised unable to vote where they live and where they originate from.

Because our laws are old and made by britshits for their benefit in 19th century, our IPC is of 1861, which is being used by politicians today for their own benefits. U want new India build new laws. Just like u can't make new house patching old walls.
Present britishit laws were enacted to govern and punish the people of India. These were required to be replaced soon after independence. All previous govts slept over the them.
Now lets move to police reforms that are crying to be done, the police are enforcing the laws which are all colonial in content and intent, made specifically to favor the britshit masters and categorically and pointedly keep the locals under their yoke

This is hilariously incorrect. It would require that all the EVMs are either Wifi or bluetooth enabled. They are clearly not, and cannot be “soldered on”. The security of EVM is not just the hardware but also the stringent procedures that ECI undertakes to protect it.
It is trivial to prove that this is false but GOI is still stuck in old ways..

Finally, some much-needed changes in our Social Sciences textbooks, after 10 years. Calls out the fake secularism of our country, minority appeasement & vote-bank politics. Its in Class 11 textbooks though - I would like to see it introduced much earlier (in Civics), so that ALL high school kids learn it. This is one Civics chapter where they can see theory-meeting-practice. They can validate what they are learning in their books by watching daily news.
TOI-let paper has more details. One area where they have taken one step backwards is in the AIT debate. They had stated in the previous edition that the Rakhigarhi aDNA evidence calls into question AIT & opens the possibility that the Vedic and Harappan people are the same. This IS the correct interpretation. This has, however, been removed in the latest edition, which is sad & infuriating

Sorry for the long post.
Since last April 20, I have seen a pleasant change in the reporting style of Malayala Manorama newspaper.
(Manorama, owned by Christians is the no:1 newspaper in circulation in Kerala, 4th in India, with 24 lakhs print and 1.77 crore readers)
Just before the day Kerala goes to vote in the 2024 Loksabha elections, it gives the full and precise presentation of BJP's allegations against Congress, by quoting Modi. Such as, minorities had the first right to wealth, wealth survey and redistribution to illegal immigrants who have more children etc. Manorama even published a relatively large photo of Sam Pitroda and his suggestions for wealth tax and redistribution. I was astounded! It looks like I was reading a BJP-affiliated newspaper. This newspaper has a history of plenty of hit jobs against the BJP by reporting half-truths and omitting allegations against Congress.
Just a few days ago a major sob story erupted in Kerala media on the issue of denial of visa to the health minister of Kerala to visit Kuwait, related to the death of 40+ people there who are from Kerala. On the front page itself, Manorama posted BJP's counter in a few sentences which states that as per rules Kerala minister can't do anything in Kuwait and it will only increase the workload of embassy officials in Kuwait. On the inside page, it quoted the BJP asking why the minister went to the airport without obtaining the visit permission from the central govt.
When cine star Suresh Gopi and George Kurian were appointed as central ministers it ran multiple articles in various pages highlighting their character and people-friendly activities in a comprehensive way with graceful language.
If this trend continues it can change how an average busy guy in Kerala views BJP. Manorama is owned by Christians. It is possible that at least a large section of Christian leadership decided to ally with the BJP. I had earlier posted an ANI link showing Kerala clergymen posing with BJP manifesto inside a church. I also posted about the threat posed by Islamic extremism against Christians. Now news of NSG opening a hub in Kerala has come.
I remember reading in this forum or somewhere about the very large number of crypto Christians in Southern India especially in Andhra. So I am a bit surprised by the recent assertion of Chandrababu Naidu that Tirupati temple will be protected. Will the Christians ally with the BJP in the near future to escape from Islamic extremism? Have to see...
