Thousands of Peaceful youth jumped off Delhi metro gates without paying for anything in open defiance. No one could do anything. Nothing. I don't know if this Govt has any will to do it

The book PM Modi referred to in Parliament yesterday is former #CIA officer #BruceRiedel’s 2015 book on the 1962 Sino-Indian war.
Riedel quotes from #Nehru’s letters to #Kennedy seeking US military help in the war. India lost 38,000 sq km to China, as @RahulGandhi knows.
DOGE Cancels $21M Voter Turnout Funding in India
The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), under the leadership of Elon Musk, has canceled a $21 million grant that was initially allocated for enhancing voter turnout in India. This decision has sparked discussions and concerns about potential foreign interference in Indian elections, with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) suggesting that such funding could be an attempt at influencing Indian democracy. Despite the cancellation, the original intent of the grant was to increase voter participation.
https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1891 ... 82789.htmlUSAID funded Al Qaeda in Africa on one hand and Christian Missionaries in India on the other hand!!
Let's expose the USAID nexus and its proxies in India through details that have never been seen before!!
Vasu Mohan, who is serving IFES since 21 years at various capacities, deleted/deactivated his X profile.
What does it indicates?
The newly formed @DOGE
cancelled $21M funding for NGO CEPPS for a program 'voter turnout in India'.
CEPPS website is defunct now.
Was it the first attempt at electoral interference in India by USAID? The answer is - NO.

Ananya Vajpeyi, daughter of Sahitya Akademi winner Kailsah Vajpeyi, works at CSDS and her husband is Basharat Peer, Soros Open Society Fellowship 2009-2010. Peer was the script writer for the film Haider. Saqib Bilal Sheikh acted in Haider went on to become a terrorist and was eventually killed by Indian Army.

USAID paid $21 million to influence Indian elections by targeting voter turnout, says Mike Benz.
The award was piped thru the NGO named "Consortium for Elections & Political Process Strengthening".
I checked the grants. The US has piped billions of taxpayer funds to CEPPS over the last 15 years.
The CEPPS operates thru 3 fronts, including the National Democracy Institute (NDI), which in turn supports Asian Network for Free Elections. Note the Indian map without J&K and Ladakh they published in Mar 2024:
Curiously, @cepps
’ handle on X has been deactivated as has its webpage. But on going to its proxy - the Advancing Electoral Democracy in Asia website https://anfrel.org/who-we-are/our-members/ we find that @LoknitiCSDS
are its local partners. Notice who its Bangladesh partner is?
USAID "effectively ran India's National Family Health Survey (NFHS) from the 1990s" till it was stopped in 2022
"Not only were we allowing a foreign agency to harvest our medical data but, by allowing them to design surveys and direct analysis, we were letting them influence our national health responses. Equally worryingly, much of the NFHS questionnaire was deliberately skewed to support certain social narratives. The questionnaire for men, for instance, is only 29 pages but that for women is 94 pages."
Sanyal claimed the questionnaires were "slyly" designed to elicit a narrative of intra-family violence against Indian women.
So now I wonder if moves to cut back on USAID aren't coming from the law of diminishing returns where they are getting shut out, hence unable to show impact.Acknowledging that it took the NDA government long eight years to discontinue the USAID influence in NFHS, Sanyal said "it is not so easy to upturn a well-established system that went back decades".
"How can in a country like ours or in any democracy, by statutory prescription, the Chief Justice of India participate in the selection of the CBI director?
Can there be any legal rationale for it?" Vice President Dhankhar wondered
Bhopal:
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar today said that the Chief Justice of the country shouldn't be involved in any executive appointment in a democracy like India. "How can in a country like ours or in any democracy, by statutory prescription, the Chief Justice of India participate in the selection of the CBI director? Can there be any legal rationale for it?" Mr Dhankhar wondered.
"I can appreciate that the Statutory prescription took shape because the executive of the day has yielded to a judicial verdict. But the time has come to revisit. This surely does not merge with democracy. How can we involve the Chief Justice of India with any executive appointment?" he added.
His statement has come at a time when a meeting is to be held for the selection of the next Chief Election Commissioner. The selection would be a first since the Chief Election Commissioner And Other Election Commissioners (Appointment, Conditions of Service And Term of Office) Act, 2023, was passed.
Amazing! Turns out @MIB_India & @GoI_MeitY @NitishKumar are continuing their collaboration with OSF & USAID funded Dataleads & Syed Nazakat. They’re hosting a hackathon and other “misinformation” programmes with the same people tasked with undermining Indian Democracy. Stop it!
Looks like in 2012, SY Quraishi (CEC) signed a deal with USAID to increase voter turnoutI had previously mentioned that the Election Commission is compromised. It seems unable to remove duplicates or illegal voters, and failing to enforce the moral code of conduct.
I think they were able to infiltrate in 2024In Short

NDTV dug into the data and followed the trail of money. All data has been sourced from US government sites, from Income Tax returns and the websites of the NGOs involved in funneling money to India for "voter turnout".
Before we get into the details, let's look at why this is significant.
The Biden administration has been under fire since Donald Trump took over as President in January. President Trump has alleged large-scale corruption in the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
That’s why these so-called Khalistanis want to stay in Canada, UK and US.
They can do their drama in foreign countries, making a fool of the white population by telling fake stories of persecution.
If they threaten India…it’s good night.

It gets more and more intriguing - govt sources say the following - ( full probe is imp now ) -
+ USAID funding has been linked to influencing political outcomes, particularly during election years.
+ Under the UPA (2004-13), the Indian government received $204.28 million, while NGOs received $2,114.96 million.
Under NDA (2014-24), government funding dropped to $1.51 million (till 2015), while NGO funding increased to $2,579.73 million.
+ "Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance" funding spiked in 2022, coinciding with Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra.
+ USAID stopped funding the Government of India after 2015. But Top NGO recipients linked to USAID include Catholic Relief Services ($218M), CARE International ($208M)
OCCRP (received $47M) published reports that were allegedly used against the Modi government.

I hope she looks at things afresh and straightens out the mess created by Kejri AAP and their appeasement of migrant labor into delhi. Many areas require demolishment and rebuild. Rope in eminent domain, big builders and rejuvenate entire Delhi area. It should be model for the rest of the nation to follow in cleanliness, clean rivers, clean roads, proper buildings, etc. Good law and order, great public transport, already the metro is great. Lots of work needs to be done.
