BJP should thoroughly expose Congress and its Allies on NEET and give harshest punishment to the culprits. BJP should take back control of narrative and fight back propaganda.

Personally, I haven't seen a great deal of success from such cases. Either because of shoddy investigations, or a lack of evidence proving guilt beyond any reasonable doubt.
Remember that Jaylilata was acquitted in the disproportionate assets case by the trial court. Yet was convicted on appeal.
https://www.usnews.com/news/world/artic ... in-stalledNEW DELHI (Reuters) - India's foreign ministry said peace on its border with China was critical for relations to become normal, reacting on Friday to a Reuters report that New Delhi was not keen to restart direct flights with China amid a stand-off on their Himalayan frontier.
China has been pressing India to restart direct passenger flights after a four-year halt, but New Delhi is resisting as the border dispute continues to weigh on ties between the world's two most populous countries, Reuters reported on Thursday.

This is what is playing out…
Opposition was sure of their complete rout in 2024. It was planned to discredit the newly elected government as soon as it came to power. So, powerful forces targeted two of the biggest entrance exams - the NET and NEET. NTA was infiltrated and moles identified.
The plan was to blame their defeat on EVM and use students as cannon fodder in their agitation. But how does one churn up student sentiment? Orchestrate paper leak in two of the biggest national exams, which are aspirational and resonate with the middle class… Then use it as an excuse to hit the streets.
But to their misfortune, the Congress led opposition won a few seats more than their expectation but not enough to challenge Modi 3.0. They celebrated their defeat to the point where they couldn’t blame the EVMs anymore and even the paper leak got traced back to Congress ally, the RJD. Both the plan boomeranged.
Besides the government moved in swiftly to contain the damage and assured the students. Culprits have been arrested and proactive steps taken. Supreme Court taking cognisance also made things difficult for the opposition.
But the Congress nearly succeeded in its plan of burning down the country using our children. If we don’t see their evil plans even now, when will we?
At this point in time, the split between the government and the opposition supporters is complete. Nothing that the government is going to say is going to have any effects on the opposition supporters. It will only preserve the moral of the it's supporters.
Nice juxtaposition of events, but the govt machinery failed miserably to prevent the paper leeks. Who should be accountable for it ? With all the power that is with the state machinery if opposition is still driving the events and narrative then, less said the better.vijayk wrote: ↑22 Jun 2024 04:16 https://x.com/rishibagree/status/1804226527867081144Rishi Bagree @rishibagree

I myself sometimes criticize @narendramodi, but he was still democratically elected three times by more than 750 million Indians.
The hatred of @BJP4India and its Prime Minister, propagated by French correspondents posted in Delhi is shameful.
First & foremost its initiated by the Research Institute @CNRS which is sponsored by the French Govt @jaffrelotc is its head and over the years
@IndiaembFrance has inexplicably given him visas, Recent french articles and television programs that denigrate India are shameful.
It's almost racism.

Glad to meet Comrade Sitaram Yechury, General Secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist).
We exchanged views on China-India relations & international and regional issues of common interest.
Comrade Sitaram Yechury looks like servant help for मेहमान Mehman, so very obsequious. Cannot believe how low these CPI & M chaps can descend, selling their self-worth for a bygone failed idealogy. Just look at the dudes on the wall.chetak wrote: ↑23 Jun 2024 04:40 even daniel was present, and both are habitual cheeni bootlickers ...

Congress has tasted the blood of fake new now they are Unstoppable
Congress has initiated bombardment of fake news in Social media
BJP's method to counter the fake news of Congress by 'correct news' is not effective
Reasons
- Congress has a bigger SM army than BJP
- SM Algorithm is in favour of Congress
- People love to forward sensational news (Fake news) rather than boring news (Correct news)
So correct news will never reach to 100% audience which has already consumed fake news
Only solution is to nip it in the bud
- Make a strong law for digital news creators and algorithm owners
- File FIR and sent to jail to offenders and SM platform responsible persons
At least in the case of India, this seems to be 100% true. All the so called freedom struggle by the Nehru-Ghandi groups seems to be just working on an out-sourcing deal of ruling India from the British. White men in the front-lines were replaced with Brown-Sahibs who were more British than the British themselves.Pratyush wrote:The systems put in place post 1945 were all designed to keep the former colonies in check.
Modi 3.0 could not escape this IED and has now been caught on the backfoot once again, and now on the defensive mode. Same goes with the train collission at West Bengal. Blame is on Vande Bharath & Modi, where as the root cause is a series of human errors grossly violating the existing operational procedures. Even if stop Vande Bharath train roll out, reduce the train fares to pittance, even bring back the steam trains; such accidents cannot be avoided (as it was due to short circuiting of existing safety procedures).vijayk wrote:Bihar: The Six UG NEET accused were hiding in CONgress's Jharkhand's Deoghar.
Sirji, if you are in power for 11th year running and you still blame the opposition for all your shortcomings then you have already lost the plot! The opposition is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. "Harshest punishment" you say? What punishment was given after millions were left stranded after UPP-BPB and UPTET leaks? The MoE will issue its version of "koi nahi gusa" statement and call it a day. These things don't bother politicians or bureacrats, the ones left to suffer are the students and their families.
Special fast track tribunals can be set up. It’s been done before IIRC.Pratyush wrote: ↑22 Jun 2024 08:30At this point in time, the split between the government and the opposition supporters is complete. What is required is the quick resolution of this issue followed by judicial convictions of the culprits. But we know the quality of Indian judiciary.
Well writtenPratyush wrote: ↑23 Jun 2024 14:37 This is not really a surprise. The western world had trouble letting go of colonies. The systems put in place post 1945 were all designed to keep the former colonies in check.
The French in Francophone Africa and the US are examples of this system of exercising control over former colonies.
India with the non alignment was trying to steer clear of this arrangement. But with the collapse of the USSR and subsequent unipolar moment created a moment of difficulty for India. The war in Ukraine and the unbridled rise of the PRC has again created opportunity for India.
The western world is genuinely afraid of what the results of this realignment are going to be. That's the reason why they are trying to pull India down and compromise our political systems.
The government of the day has to show genuine talent and skills in order to get through this.
Ghatotkach and Indra shakti moment are upon us.
