It is standard procedure to issue a preliminary report followed by an exhaustive detailed report later. There is precedent where detailed reports have been released up to a year later. Aviation safety is not a Mickey Mouse subject that Bhushan needs to meddle in, one wonders what his interest is. At least he needs to wait as to what the final report says before filing petitions. Also, it seems SC has too much time on its hands looks like.. Also having the regulator is standard practice as well in the enquiry.
Having said that the point about the report leaking before hand is correct. Also one wonders what the point was of including the pilot conversation in the interim report without proper context.

The agenda of the Leader of Opposition is crystal clear.
In his so-called “Hydrogen Bomb” press conference, he openly admitted that, as LoP, his role is not to protect democracy but to attack the government.
This exposes his true intention — to create chaos rather than contribute constructively.
Even Yogendra Yadav is echoing the same line, showing how a coordinated malicious information campaign is being run to mislead the public and gain political advantage.
India deserves a Leader of Opposition who respects and upholds our democratic values — not one who undermines them through such behaviour.
