I thing Raghav Chadha was busy promoting himself on social media. Over the last couple of months, there are many random posts coming up praising him for raising "real issues", like low-priced restaurants outside airports, 30-day recharge, to allow free incoming lifetime even with no recharge etc. And somethings were being weirdly attributed to him, like low-priced restaurant outside some airport which was inagurate few days after his speech in parliament as being due to him raising it(which was already under progress by then), govt giving orders to telecom companies to offer 30-day packs (even though there were already some 30-day packs already being offered) etc. I think he was paying to promote himself. Those facebook profiles were some that I had never seen earlier and they were being slowly magnified. I think AAP caught on to it
