Supreme Court passed verdict for SC/ST sub-classification in reservation. This was one of Modi's promise to Manda Krishna in Telangana campaign. Manda Krishna from Madiga caste has been fighting for this last 30 years.

Things are becoming clearer now.

In pukestan, as in India, It is the Hindus who are "responsible" for any and all violence that the pissfools regularly commit against them, including the partition itself, ....

neverwho was naturally stupid ... and the BIF ruled India through this dickhead from the get go.

The BIF lifted the idea of the communal violence bill from here and tried their best to implement it.

This perverse construct, it's rabidly divisive, and malevolent intent, is at the very heart of the failed communal violence bill, and given half a chance, the BIF will ram it through the very next time around
Anand Ranganathan@ARanganathan72 Jul 8, 2024

Basically, the responsibility for communal peace rests on the majority community, that is, the Hindus. If there is a breach of this peace, I would start with the presumption that it has been caused by the Hindu communal elements. - Jawaharlal Nehru

The BIF ecosystem won't let anyone to touch the RTE ..... they know it's value to supress, subvert, and weaken the majority initiatives to run schools on a viable basis, thus effectively forcing diversion of affording students to abrahamic run schools and be subjected to the overt, as well as, the covert indoctrination, exposing them to the subliminal messaging to deracinate young impressionable minds and the push to create a cohort of wokes and liberandus filled with corrosive narratives of DEI, LGBTQ, and gender fluidity

Already there are multinational entities in India authoritatively pushing the DEI and LGBTQ ecosystems in their offices and these management drives influence their hiring and promotion practices

This is a considered assault on the Indian civilizational state, allowing abrahamic creeds to wantonly overwhelm and dominate millennia old cultural practices and negate their very survivance.

Maharashtra govt had issued order that private & unaided schools within 1 km of any govt school are exempted from RTE rules

After hearing the case challenging the renaming of Aurangabad and Osmanabad districts in Maharashtra, the petition has been dismissed by the Supreme Court.

The court has refused to intervene in the renaming of Sambhajinagar and Dharashiv, stating that the legal right to name and rename districts belongs to the state government.

During the hearing, the Supreme Court acknowledged that name changes will always have supporters and opponents.

The court also highlighted the key issue, noting that the cases of Allahabad and Aurangabad are not comparable.

BREAKING NEWS Supreme Court upholds the renaming of Aurangabad and Osmanabad as Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Dharashiv, respectively.

SC rejects appeals against the decision.

SC recognizes the government's right to rename cities and revenue divisions, noting that different opinions will exist on such matters.

105 OCI cards revoked in past 3 yrs, external affairs ministry tells Parliament
Spotlight has been on OCI cards after at least 2 journalists from France left the country. One was given notice challenging her OCI card status, while another’s visa was not extended.
...During the last 3 years, 105 OCI cards have been revoked under Section 7D of the Citizenship Act, 1955,” said Singh in response to a question submitted by Pratima Mondal, Trinamool Congress MP from Jaynagar, West Bengal.

...Section 7D of the Citizenship Act allows the government to cancel OCI cards for reasons including registration of the card by fraudulent means, shown disaffection with the Constitution of India, assisting an enemy at war, being sentenced to imprisonment for two years or more, and if the marriage of the OCI card holder has been dissolved by law.

“OCI cardholders are foreign nationals who enjoy certain benefits when they visit India. The benefits/rights of OCI cardholders in India are subject to Para 7B of the Citizenship Act 1955,” explained Singh in his response to the question.

Apart from the KER govt ignoring the weather warnings from the centre, and even disputing whether the warnings were sent at all, when at the same time, the same warnings went out well in advance to other affected states who took precautions and minimised loss, said warnings were repeated 3-4 times which Amit Shah clarified on the floor of the house, there is more of similar tomfoolery

While NaMo is very popular at 69%, his rating has fallen by 6% from the running 75% average of the last 2-3 years that Morning Consult has been running its global leader approval poll. The running poll is conducted about every 1-2 weeks.

I have followed the Morning Consult tracker regularly. I found that this decrease has been relatively rapid over a period of only a few weeks, and occurred in May 2024. That is quite possibly correlated to the LS 2024 election. The opposition managed to alienate a section of "gullible" people from him via false propaganda. In my mind that is still by far the #1 cause of the reduced majority.

isubodh ji,

There are countless sleepers in the UP administration, police, and in every branch of the state govt, appointed by akaless and his pop when they were in power, especially from two communities dear to them

they are the ones who are increasingly sabotaging the Yogi govt because they think that they have gained political power in the recent elections, and their "protectors" are back in the game. That is why the entire police hierarchy in one affected district was shunted out in toto only last week

yogi ji is just about beginning to hit his stride and he is already tightening his grip and has signalled unmistakably, his intention to continue his policies, election results notwithstanding

There is a Twitter war going on between D. Muthukrishnan, (a financial planner with a large number of followers (535K) on Twitter, who gives issue-based support to BJP) and the BJP followers over the former's severe criticism of removing indexation benefits on land assets in the budget. He said Annamalai, the BJP leader from Tamilnadu also contacted him and expressed hope that all will be fine.
He points out that BJP's economic model is not that great. Several of his tweets and retweets are given below. Overall looks similar to what Deans had been pointing out in the forum that BJP needs to considerably improve its economic model. I suggest to people to do a quick browse of the tweets of Muthukrishnan. Several valuable pieces of information are there. For eg, as per Niti Ayog, malnourishment in Gujarat is 40 per cent despite the famed Gujarat model governance!!

One possibility for the misgovernance is Modi's particular nature of giving too much emphasis on the dignity and independence of institutions. Also, his attitude on several things seems disconnected from reality. For eg,
1. Calling disabled or differently abled persons as Divyang.
2. Stating that every Indian has the utmost respect for the judiciary despite the horrendous way the judiciary is functioning in India. He stated this at least three times.
3. Too lengthy speeches that state nothing new which is a sign of being detached from reality or doing work for the sake of work; without much emphasis on results.

Does Yogi Adityanath too imbibe this attitude? I don't know. But Deans say U.P's economic performance is much below other opposition-ruled states. So in short top BJP leadership is willingly allowing underperformance led by IAS and institutions.

Tamilnadu poverty is zero. This is not a statement from me. It is a statement made last month by Niti Aayog. Usually the word zero is used, when poverty is extremely insignificant.
4.

I'll just give one data. I can give lot more if you want. Tamilnadu's percapita is higher than Maharashtra.

We've zero poverty. What about yours?

We are second largest ( only after you) without Mumbai, where since all corporate head offices are there and their all India revenue and profits gets accounted under Maharashtra.

I guess the origin, background and nature of BRS has been well discussed before in multiple threads. I was just asking if there are BRF people with ears to the ground in TG that can comment upon the reliability of this "merger" development being claimed in the telugu media. Similar rumors started in the telugu media regarding TDP/BJP alliance earlier this year and ultimately proved to be true.

PS: latest is that KTR appears to have quashed the rumors. Assuming he is in control of the party, this seems the last of the matter.

Admins and others, sorry for the strong words used here. I don't mean it as a rant. But to state the need for a new leadership in Sangh Parivar who will talk straight and have a no-nonsense approach.

I don't think anything worthwhile will be done to save Hindus in Bangladesh by Modi govt. Bangladesh can simply reply that the investigation is ongoing and the courts will decide. Even the courts in India were influenced to delay the Ram temple issue for decades and they even rewarded the Muslims by allocating them land at govt expense.

Instead of pointing out the injustices of this verdict and the refusal of Muslims to vacate Mathura and Kashi temples, Modi was expressing happiness that no communal riots occurred!! Modi was also strict in demanding that BJP MPs make no controversial statement to avoid harming the communal harmony. It looks as if BJP MPs can't make the Muslim community accountable.

Even RSS seems to be on a similar path. RSS chief had even stated that there is no need to look for temples destroyed in every Masjid premises!

Over a year ago Swati Goel Sharma, @swati_gs on Twitter presented a count of love jihad cases in Uttar Pradesh alone in just one month or so. Don't remember the number but it is so high that I wondered what was BJP and RSS are doing.

I will end this with some suggestions for BJP and RSS.

1. Do some high visibility demonstrations in public places and on social media to dramatically 'plead' the Muslim community to avoid love jihad, vacate temple land and other numerous issues. That will psychologically affect even hard-core secular Hindus.

2. Use social media and door-to-door visits to educate the Hindus about the discrimination they face.

3. Have a single window facility to help Hindus in assisting with financial, legal help etc. It will make Hindus aware that somebody is there to address their grievances and over time it will translate into votes.

madhu ji,

It's a tactical move because of events in beediland

This is not the time to provide a rallying point for adharmic forces hyped up on the beedi model

The point to note is the the bill is already in the LS, and it can be slowed or speeded up as desired by the govt, even if referred to the joint panel

Don't be surprised if the bill takes about 6-8 months to traverse the system

In the meanwhile, the blood soaked hands of the "eyetaalian partie" in the making of this WTF act, in collaboration with the britshits even before 1947 can be slowly exposed by well timed statements in the parliament
