During the Trump swearing-in ceremony, some lady prompted by a guy touched the shoulder of Minister Jaishankar and motioned to him to move or convey that somebody was asking for him. I too watched the video and it's unmistakably a nazi salute, which he awkwardly tried to cover up as a "throwing his heart out to people" excuse. Why does he need to throw his heart out in a victory speech anyway?
