Proliferation of Missile Technology & WMD

Given the exponential growth of the missile tech including Hypersonic, and involvement of so called Big Five in this porliferation, I feel its is important that we discuss the implications of this not just us but the wider Geo-political implications of this.
Groups like Houthis and Hamas (a terror networks) acquiring these techs and cocking a snook at establied order is greatly disturbing. An accidental or otherwise firing of these could start another war.
Imagine this with LeT or Jaish or some crzay group from Beediland, they could not only bleed us of the stocks of deterrant to such missiles but cause mayhem with destruction of infrastructure.
Add to this newer warhead material and whether its MIRV or bomblets will just added a whole new dimension.
Any two bit player from coastal area could start targetting shipping lanes. They can just shoot and scoot.
And more worrying is supplying of dual use technology and parts by the big five uder the guise of peaceful use is probably what has lead to this worrying state of affairs.
