After 4 years, Agniveers can be absorbed in Central Police forces, or can be given additional benefits - cheaper loans, reservations in central jobs (railways, PSUs, etc). these schemes will evolve over the next few years.

We should also get a Kaveri version for UCAV.
UCAV itself can be designed around Kaveri.
Even if a few crashes do happen during testing, it would still be a cheaper and faster way to evolve Kaveri.

IMHO, Russia seems to have achieved its stated goals. It can declare ceasefire. and Ukr can declare victory that they held back mighty Rus from capturing Kyiv and Kharkiv. Both sides get victory.
