Re: Tejas Mk.1 & Mk.1A: News & Discussions: 23 February 2019

Considering this being first flight of FOC, and that it would (most likely) be with no telemetry, isn't it a bit puzzling that there seems to be no chase plane? On a lighter note....... What chase plane.... it offers no protection like the combination of a coconut, 2 lemons and a bunch of flowers....

Re: Radar - Specs & Discussions

There have been reports of Turkey using its AWAC&S to provide track and guidance data to Missiles using L Band radar. Is something similar possible with Phalcon and Netra. If yes, will we see this new capability with either the Derby (with Phalcon) or with Astra (with Netra) ??

NaPAK has made 27th Feb a festival..... for us its just another day with only the media analysing the events of that day and listing the 'Lessons'. Re: MiG-21 Bison shoots down F-16 in Kashmir

I think the F16 kill was with IR lock which not give the Pakistani bogie a RWR warning that's why it was used, plus in the Mig 21 Bison the Koypo radar has to be small to fit in the nose of aircraft so its scan angles are limited. The Su 30 Mki did not have a real chance of using R77 as once the PA...
