I cannot say for sure what is going to happen at "high level", however the LoC will be super hot this summer. Pak will give free hand to JeM & LeT cannon fodders to infiltrate through LoC. That is the only place where it can keep the water boiling, without spilling over. Like you said...

If you look at the aircraft's bearings move in that video looks like the sub is taking a course of 110 degree which means that it is moving NW to SE which means it is moving into international waters after finishing it's job at that pork shop called Gwadar.
