Last time too, we saw so many chess fans complaining how boring the WCs have become. The goal is not to play interesting and bloody games, the goal is to become the Champion. It is name and fame. The prize money difference is not that huge, even the loser takes in a handsome money.
Anand is always known for his abilities to play fast, even at that age. I like Anand even when he is curt and grim; on the other hand Carlsen appears to suffer from chronic constipation and phlegm. Oh well, he is the "sex symbol", model, role-model, motivator and the messiah for the Europeans/West. He is good to reach so far, but he can stuff himself with his attitude.
It is a marathon. And after all it is chess
