I wonder what has been leaking all this long under previous government.Photocopies of various other documents also include one with a heading 'Brief on further opportunities in Sri Lanka dated February 4, 2015'.
You are right. With an open backdoor they had much better access to the information. Looks like they also saved for rainy days like when CONgress is not in power and made arrangements.RoyG wrote:If Sonia's drones have access to these kinds of documents, what sort of access do you think foreign gov have?
There was also the case of Santanu Saika, a journalist who was arrested under the OSA for publishing the contents of a cabinet note on disinvestment policy. Apparently he had been arrested in 1999 by the CBI after a failed in-house probe to find out how the note had been leaked in the first place.{Seems like the current case except that the inhouse folks were caught this time around}
Additional Judge Inder Jeet Singh at Tiz Hazari reportedly gave a very liberal interpretation to the OSA to discharge Saika even before the trial. According to a ToI report, Judge Singh held that the cabinet note accessed by Saika was unlikely to affect the sovereignty and integrity of India or the security of the state.
Sorry, Tuvaluan, the only 'blowing up' there is by the DDM. What the guy did was to brag that they had 'blown off' the Pakis. Meaning, "foiled". "Blown up" as in "inflated" is something else.Tuvaluan wrote:http://www.outlookindia.com/news/articl ... DIG/882274
This CG DIG was playing politics with national security and needs to be a poster boy for "how you get your nuts stapled well after you rip it off by accident" -- joker actually admitted to being responsible for blowing up the boat...rather than keeping silent or responding with a pre-written script. It falls on him, not the govt. of the day. If people in such high positions cannot follow the chain of command and respond within bounds, they need to be out of there ASAP.
UBsaar, The media and UPA drones are behaving like a despicable bunch of sh**s starting with Praveen "Grandmother" Swami and his ilk. I guess he was not really politically motivated if he ended up saying something that only got him in troublePoor choice of words, but the guy is being pilloried for nothing. He merely congratulated his men for foiling a Paki terrorist scheme. It is the media that need their ***** stapled.
This is exactly my point. All the economic and military advancements don't mean anything unless we are a strong, patriotic and united society. And I don't see this being reported in any of MSM.ravip wrote:
Can they be booked for raising pro paki slogans??? can suit be filed against government for failing to provide security and against organizers to claim damages?? The Popular Front of India has indulged in arson causing damage to innocent vendors on the roadside who had nothing to do with the this.
We can't just avenge our anger with some comments on the forum, we have to take it to logical end through legal process. I have brought this issue to the notice of B'Lore police on Twitter, as other concerned police have no accounts, if you know any please direct me to them.
Its not about MSM reporting, we should create such a situation where they are forced to report.Karthik S wrote: This is exactly my point. What about their very patriotic sources??ramana wrote:The TV channel reporting on Arihant is NDTV. Its dated August 20, 2014. Can see it on google chacha.
Those two guys should be arrested for having classified material.
The info released by NDTV including the picture was released much earlier by Suarav Jha, who obliviously got it from DRDO and Pallav Baglla of NDTV is known to be close to DRDO higher ups and most of the time he is the only media person who gets access to labs or missile launches.ramana wrote:The TV channel reporting on Arihant is NDTV. Whatever was reported by NDTV on Aug 20, 2014 was already in public domain, so how in the world can it be classified material. Did they get any classified material which they didn't report on the above date.ramana wrote:The issue in the TOI newspaper posted above is Aug 20, 2014. That is the issue at hand.
The matter is receiving classified material.
Yes, I believe that the channel was Aajtak not NDTV. Not only did they leak info about the Arihant but also Ironically a confidential letter (from Ajit Doval I think) flagging the issue of leaks of confidential material.ravip wrote:Whatever was reported by NDTV on Aug 20, 2014 was already in public domain, so how in the world can it be classified material. Thanks for the article. So pachauri is the supremo of TERI (The energy research institute). TERI has a branch in Indiranagar, BLR where yogendra yadav of AAP had given a lecture few months. The secular crowd seems to be all inter-connected.Kati wrote:The fraud has been exposed:

Looks like a classic "intelligence operation". The ground work and all pain staking observations, collection of evidence done by folks like the IB. And then when it is time to make the arrests like a "faceless organisation" they get the Delhi Police Crime Branch to do that part of the job. So if my understanding is right, the interrogation also would be done by the Intelligence agencies. The media may have let out the names of the officers from Delhi Police who are actually "seen" making the various moves, but the actual job may be done by unidentified folksgandharva wrote:Finally, armed with concrete leads and evidence, the agencies briefed ministers and bureaucrats. The NSA was informed about the breakthrough and the PM given the news. Decks were then cleared for Delhi Police commissioner B S Bassi to be brought into the picture in the second week of February. The initial choice was CBI but a top home ministry official had the last word and Bassi was asked to launch the crackdown.
