Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
On a related note: about Balochistan - multiple videos and news items claim that BLA and other outfits hold "5-7" districts of Bstan and have declared independence in these areas. Also it appears the Pawkee army has left the area and it is now guarded by the frontier corps (paramilitary). The sources are too many to list...just google.

It's not just a bridge, its a dam across the chenab river. If Bharat breaks the dam, future "unpredictable" water releases from indian dams upstream will cause flooding over a much longer downstream region.milindc wrote: ↑10 May 2025 02:52 Folks please check out 'Head Marala'

^that says parody account
"Another night of defensive play was it? Damn those dastardly cowards pakis, well we have intercepted their drones and missiles, ballistic as well, and recorded it all for this presser. Pakistan truly is a cowardly and desperate state, our measures as usual have remained non escalatory and measured in response as a responsible power".
"Rip to those caught in the shelling, I guess, there will be no special operations for you."

Pakistani Defence Minister Khwaja Asif says, Pakistan has no other option than a full blown war against India because of India’s “aggressive actions” since last 4 days.
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
PM and EAM are having a meeting right now !!
Very unusual..
Ballistic missile usage by Pakistan is a very huge escalation. Good chances war can be declared officially.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Well said. ST was EAM (state) before. What were his achievements during his stint? Zilch. Same story with his career at the UN. The US did not his candidacy for secy general of the UN. He is a show horse par excellence. His Oxford debate speech gets a lot of attention but he would hard pressed to face somebody like Winston Marshall.
Maybe just maybe he paid off Mehr Tarar to get rid of any compromat and evidence there off that she might have had. In any case, his best years (if any) are firmly behind him. He has no political future in India. Nobody abroad wants him.
ST is not in the same league as Owaisi by the way. Owaisi can do a lot of damage to Bharat.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.0 (small)on the Richter Scale hit Pakistan at 01.44 am (IST) today: National Center for Seismology (NCS)

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Adding context to the ballistic missile chatter.
The missile intercepted in Sirsa isn't a small one. It's expected to be Fatah-II missile of Pakistan which has a range of 400KMs.
Pakistan is crossing all the boundaries now. Must be dealt accordingly.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
I have a contrarian opinion on owaisi w.r.t pak. He has consistently been the one of the most hawkish opposition politician against Pakistan for many many years .
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
We can cut off the road, and capture the bulge near Jammu. This is something important, apparently heavy artillery going on there and there are 3 important Paki posts flanking the 'Head Marala'KL Dubey wrote: ↑10 May 2025 02:59It's not just a bridge, its a dam across the chenab river. Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Nothing is stopping us from claiming "proportional response" even when it is somewhat disproportional. If we do 2x, isn't that still proportional? OTOH, if we do 10x that is disproportional. Anything less than an order of magnitude is proportional.S_Madhukar wrote: ↑09 May 2025 13:11 We should not feel satisfied with proportional response just because the war book says so

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Thanks for the info, KL Dubey ji.
I for one though am not going down that path again, no official confirmation means no happening.

India has launched missiles to strike PAF airbase in Pindi. Missiles are now a part of proportionate response. Things have escalated.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Baniyas are good at 'Mooh me Ram Ram, bagal mein chure' onleeThese actions were measured, non-escalatory, proportionate, and responsible. They focused on dismantling the terrorist infrastructure and disabling terrorists likely to be sent across to India.

MEA can keep saying non-escalatory, proportionate and responsible while the armed forces has a free hand to do what it wants to wage war against terrorism. There was NO caveat on terrorism exclusions - uniformed, un-uniformed, namazi, whiskey swilling jernails, command and control centers, ADs etc. Military installations were not targeted, terrorist infrastructure onlee!
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
BIG- Massive explosions now heard from PAF base Mushaf (Sargodha)

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
PAF Base Nur Khan is just 21 km from the residence of the paki PM
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Another contrarian opinion.since there is know way of knowing whether the intercepted ballistic missile was conventional or nuclear ,we should now nuke them .

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
This might seem far out there...but do you think it could be an explosion that was detected as seismic activity ? I did check the epicenter area, seems desolate with apparently no target value...unless something valuable exists in those hills.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
GHQ also got a proportionate response.
Indian Missiles has also hit the General Headquarters (GHQ) of the Pakistan Army which is in Chaklala near Rawalpindi

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
MEA needs to come out with a statement that IMF funding Pakistan will be treated the same as funding state sponsors of terrorism. India will impose sanctions on countries that do business with Pakistan.
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Massive massive missile strike going on as per X chatter. Video in the link.
Initial reports that PAF Base Rafiqui (Shorkot) has been hit. It hosts the main strike squadrons of PAF.
Once can see NASTP (R&D arm of PAF) facility in the background.

There is an an interesting intra nationalist debate raging in the country post 7th May. Some nationalists - still seething from the grotesque horrors of #Pahalgam- are questioning the wisdom of offering #Pakistan an off ramp option coupled with the pronouncement of an escalatory ladder policy if that country refuses an off ramp. This they say is to forsake the initiative and momentum that the scintillating success of #OperationSindhoor provided the nation and its armed forces: permanent deterrence of terrorism requires stronger action. The view- with respect- is misconceived: the Pakistan army , the ISI & the country’s effete political leaders know they will be committing political harakiri if not risk mob lynching if they do not retaliate after India’s spectacular destruction of 9 vaunted terrorist fortresses inside Pakistan. To appease their infuriated populace Pakistan has taken 3 steps - all undoubtedly envisaged by India’s superlative military, intelligence and political heads :
1. A high profile state funeral for internationally designated terrorists( clinching proof that the Pak Deep State has nurtured and honours its terrorists)
2. Recourse to low level retaliation through effete weaponry ( there can be no worse war machine than Pakistani pilots, Chinese fighter planes & Turkish drones) all too easy pickings for India’s advanced and impressive air defence systems
3. Attacks on Indian civilians and using their own as shields a la #Hamas.
At one stroke Pakistan has exposed itself as a terrorist State, possessed of incapable armed forces bearing poor weaponry and with a palpable disregard for civilian casualties including its own. In sum , India’s off ramp option and escalatory ladder policy was a Chanakyan feint which Pak could never accept. India has greater justification post 7th May to dismantle Pakistan’s military structure as the terror machine in Pakistan is now established to be a vital wing of its Armed forces. Remember #PMModi ‘s announcement to the world from Bihar post #Pahalgam in English “ Today from the soil of Bihar I say to the whole world that India will identify, track and punish every terrorist AND THEIR BACKERS” The PM chooses his words carefully. The time is up for that soulless backer of terrorists all over the world : the Pakistan Army.
