Guess not. In regular hot rodding world, engine mount locations matter and the entire power pack would be built out on the lower block layout. One cannot simply drop in another engine unless it is compatible.

^^ Problem is addiction of Govt. to PSUs and imports. Bharat Forge and L&T can design and build prototype of state-of-the-art tank in just a year or two. But they will be never be asked by the govt. to do so. It will be the same old PSUs with their unions and workforce addicted to billing overtime.

The Harrier EV Quad day, they did something to showcase the towing prowess. Interestingly it was a WhAP, that they did it with. Fun little video, some observations are that there are changes in the overall vehicle.That turret looks fake but I am not sure. Expected to enter service by 2027, Zorawar isn’t just a tank—it’s a doctrinal shift. It reflects India’s intent to project power in contested zones, from the Himalayas to the Indo-Pacific. In essence, Zorawar is a strategic statement: light, lethal, and ready to lead from the front.
