Prashant Bhushan has teamed up with yet another NGO and is fishing in waters that doesn’t concern him

https://www.ndtv.com/india-news/unfortu ... _topscroll

It is standard procedure to issue a preliminary report followed by an exhaustive detailed report later. There is precedent where detailed reports have been released up to a year later. Aviation safety is not a Mickey Mouse subject that Bhushan needs to meddle in, one wonders what his interest is. At least he needs to wait as to what the final report says before filing petitions. Also, it seems SC has too much time on its hands looks like.. Also having the regulator is standard practice as well in the enquiry.

Having said that the point about the report leaking before hand is correct. Also one wonders what the point was of including the pilot conversation in the interim report without proper context.

The agenda of the Leader of Opposition is crystal clear.

In his so-called “Hydrogen Bomb” press conference, he openly admitted that, as LoP, his role is not to protect democracy but to attack the government.

This exposes his true intention — to create chaos rather than contribute constructively.

Even Yogendra Yadav is echoing the same line, showing how a coordinated malicious information campaign is being run to mislead the public and gain political advantage.

India deserves a Leader of Opposition who respects and upholds our democratic values — not one who undermines them through such behaviour.

The veiled allegation that jarange-patil was instigated by sharad pawar to launch the disruptive maratha agitation is entirely credible.

One can’t put anything beyond ⁦@PawarSpeaks⁩’ deviously engineered mind.

CPM govt’s ‘Global Ayyappa Sangamam’ turned into a global embarrassment. More VIPs on stage than devotees in the crowd!

Out of 4245 registrations, barely 623 showed up, rest gave a clear boycott verdict.

When faith is insulted, even crores of govt money can’t buy devotion.

'Those Who Claim There Is No God Are Now Giving Classes On Bhagavad Gita': Annamalai Slams Vijayan Over Global Ayyappa Sangamam
https://swarajyamag.com/news-brief/thos ... a-sangamam
Criticising the Left government’s Global Ayyappa Sangamam and Tamil Nadu’s Global Muruga Conference, he remarked, “It was Stalin and his son Udhayanidhi who spoke about eradicating Sanatana Dharma and it was Pinarayi Vijayan who invited Stalin. The Muruga conference was held in Madurai and Pinarayi merely replicated it here in Kerala.”

He took a direct swipe at Vijayan’s public references to Hindu scriptures, stating, “Those who claim there is no god are now giving classes on Bhagavad Gita. If you quote from Chapter 12, at least learn that there are chapters beyond it as well.”

Drawing from Tiruvalluvar’s writings, Annamalai added that betraying citizens and misusing laws was a graver crime than murder.

He linked this to the 2018–19 Sabarimala temple protests, saying, “That is exactly what Pinarayi did at Pandalam during 2018–19. Using the power at his disposal, he caused hardship to lakhs of Ayyappa devotees.”

The event drew a large crowd and featured BJP MP Tejasvi Surya, Union Minister and Kerala BJP chief Rajeev Chandrasekhar, senior leader Kummanam Rajasekharan, and leaders from Hindu organisations.

Organised with support from Sangh Parivar affiliates, it was positioned as a counter to the Travancore Devaswom Board’s Global Ayyappa Sangamam at Pampa two days earlier.

A polite request: if one is putting in links to non English videos, it would be great if you summarize what it is about. I would be interested in what Annamalai says but there is the langauge barrier prevents it. Even a couple of lines is fine…

Tanaji added some details that I could find. Usually it's not possible to find the links or complete speech is multiple languages. These are the barrier being exploited. So what we Indians could do is expand our language skills beyond the comfort zone and be truly Multi lingual from Kashmir to Kanyakumari as much as possible as well. Not a request to you alone. But to all BRFites. Especially watching movies do help in bridging that gap.

Shashi Tharoor DESTROYS Tucker Carlson's Colonial Claims on British Raj in India
Shashi Tharoor slams Tucker Carlson’s racist remarks on Britain's colonial legacy in India.

In an episode of the new RT series 'Imperial Receipts', Indian politician and author Dr. Shashi Tharoor takes on the oft-repeated colonial narrative that the British “gave” India civilization through the architecture and infrastructure they left behind.

Responding to American presenter Tucker Carlson’s claim that India has not produced a building as beautiful as the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus since independence, Tharoor calls the remark “fatuous” and historically ignorant.

Tharoor reminds viewers that the British arrived in a land already rich with civilizational grandeur — from the Taj Mahal and Humayun’s Tomb to the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, monuments of breathtaking beauty dotted India's landscape long before the British Raj began.

Drawing sharp comparisons, Tharoor asks why the United States, in over two centuries of independence, has never produced anything remotely close to such marvels.

He also highlights the darker, more destructive side of colonial legacies, citing how British soldiers used the statues of Elephanta Caves as target practice, blowing off noses, ears, and limbs of exquisite carvings.
