Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui was arrested late Tuesday night following day-long searches at premises linked to the Faridabad-based Al Falah group

A Delhi court on Wednesday sent Al Falah University chairperson and founder Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui to 13 days’ Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody, after the agency alleged he generated over ₹415 crore in “dishonestly” obtained funds and posed a flight risk due to family ties in Gulf countries.

‘Incentives to flee India’: ED
In its remand application, the ED told the court that Siddiqui had “significant financial resources and influence”, and that his family’s presence in the Gulf gave him clear “incentives to flee India”.

The agency said Siddiqui and the Al Falah charitable trust—under his direction—generated ₹415.10 crore as proceeds of crime by misleading students and parents with false claims of NAAC accreditation and UGC recognition.

BIG As per Intel reports, Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed — linked to the Red Fort car blast — is now planning new fidayeen (suicide) attacks in India, raising funds digitally, and involving its women’s wing.

A seriously alarming escalation!

Faridabad, Haryana: 2,553 kg of ammonium nitrate seized from Imam ishtiyak’s house.

Reports say sucide bomber Umar sourced material from here too. Explosive items linked to the blast recovered during the raid.

Near Al-Falah University, a very large underground construction site has been discovered, with walls that are 4 to 5 feet thick. And there are reports that they are calling it a madrasa that is under construction.

Why would there be a need to build a madrasa underground—especially 25 km outside the city, and in a place where hundreds of acres of vacant land were available near the university?

Why walls with 4-5'ft thickness?

What was Police doing?

Al-Falah: An Intelligence Failure?। Open Collar Major Gaurav Arya with Vikram Singh (IPS)
In this episode of Open Collar, Major Gaurav Arya speaks with Vikram Singh (IPS), former DGP of Uttar Pradesh, about the Red Fort blast case and the terror network linked to Al-Falah University. They discuss how the alertness of Jammu and Kashmir Police, along with the Uttar Pradesh and Haryana Police, led to the busting of one of the biggest terror modules, widely known as the “white collar module.”
The conversation also looks into the activities happening inside Al-Falah University in Faridabad and how investigators uncovered the network. As an experienced police officer, Vikram Singh explains where the police succeeded in nabbing the suspects on time, the layers of intelligence used by state police, and what more can be done to prevent such threats in the future.

NIA ARRESTS TERRORIST UMAR UN NABI’S HARBOURER IN DELHI TERROR BLAST CASE

National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested a Faridabad resident for harbouring terrorist Umar Un Nabi immediately before the Delhi terror bomb blast.

Soyab of Dhauj, Faridabad (Haryana) is the 7th accused to be arrested in the case. NIA investigations have revealed that he had also provided logistical support to the terrorist Umar before the 10th November car bombing that killed several persons and injured many others outside the Red Fort in the national capital.

NIA had earlier arrested six other key aides of the car bomber Umar over the course of its investigation in the
case RC-21/2025/NIA/DLI.

The agency continues to pursue various leads in connection with the suicide bombing, and has been conducting searches across states in coordination with the respective police forces in a bid to identify and track others involved in the gruesome attack.

Efforts to unravel the entire conspiracy behind the deadly terror attack are continuing.
