Modi 3.0 - Bharat
Re: Modi 3.0 - Bharat
The story of Quality Control Orders must be investigated. These are notifications requiring BIS mark on hundreds/thousands of domestic as well as imported products/raw materials. Many of these are now canceled after huge uproar by industry as many imported raw materials were becoming unavailable and many essential products not being produced in India were affected.
The idea that consumer should get a safe and reliable product was converted into a blanket order without realization of the collateral damage.
Very many QCOs as they are called, still need to.be canceled.
Even domestic Micro and Small industries cannot meet the requirements of BIS standards, not because they don't want to but because the supporting infrastructure does not exist.

Establishing Permanent Magnet manufacturing ecosystem | Aatmanirbhar Bharat
Cabinet approved first-of-its-kind Rare Earth Permanent Magnets (REPM) Scheme, to achieve Aatmanirbharta in permanent magnet manufacturing.
₹7,280 Cr incentive | 7-year duration
End-to-end value chain: oxides → metals → alloys → finished REPMs
Total capacity: 6,000 MTPA (5 units of 1,200 MTPA each)
Will reduce import dependence and position Bharat as a key global player in the REPM supply chain.
Driven by the rapidly growing demand from electric vehicles, renewable energy, industrial applications, and consumer electronics, India's consumption of REPMs is expected to double by 2030 from 2025. At present, India's demand for REPMs is met primarily through imports. With this initiative, India will establish its first ever integrated REPM manufacturing facilities, generating employment, strengthening self-reliance and advancing the Bharat's commitment to achieve Net Zero by 2070.

when will Modiji announce Swachh Vayu Mission ??? A sick nation cannot be a strong nation! It seems that where some serious action and usage of his personal currency is required to alter behaviours apart from usual Center-state coordination, Technology interventions - there is just dead dead silence... Endless petitions have been sent - I see no action except the easiest way of selecting turning off meters.
It is a terrible life for citizens - those who live in North and Northeast are experiencing this day in day out with no solution. The media has decided it need not do anything about it as well.

The SIR process in West Bengal is likely to be only partially successful in weeding out illegal Bdeshis. The reason is that many have entered the rolls prior to the 2002 SIR when the CPIM was in power in WB and the INC in power at the center. The only option now left is the NRC.

US-China Power play, changing dynamics: EAM decodes all in power pack 30-minute address
Speaking in Kolkata after receiving an honorary doctorate from IIM Calcutta, EAM S. Jaishankar explained how the United States, long the underwriter of the contemporary international system, is now setting radically new terms of engagement, often dealing with countries individually rather than through broader regimes.
He noted that China, which has historically played by its own rules, is doing so even more assertively today. This is forcing nations to decide whether their attention should be on strategic competition or on the trade-offs shaped by the fragmentation of globalization, supply chains and security.

India's Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar:
The US, which long supported the global system, is now changing the rules of engagement dramatically, dealing with countries individually. China has always followed its own rules and is doing so even more now. To handle this, India is building its strength, reducing risks in supply chains, boosting manufacturing (like Make in India), and forming new trade deals while hedging against uncertainties.

Video evidence against Rahul Gandhi in Savarkar defamation case mysteriously gets erased while the CD was in court’s possession: Will a judicial probe be ordered?
https://www.opindia.com/news-updates/sa ... deo-proof/

In the latest update on the defamation case against the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, a Pune court on Thursday (27th November) rejected the complainant, Satyaki Savarkar’s, request to play an additional CD containing video evidence of Gandhi’s defamatory remarks about freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.
Magistrate Anmol Shinde, who was hearing the defamation case, declined the request, saying that no such additional CD was on record. Earlier, the court had declined Satyaki’s request to play a YouTube video of Gandhi’s defamatory speech.
During a hearing of the case on 14th November, Satyaki Savarkar, grandnephew of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, had sought the permission of the court to play the YouTube video and the additional CD after the original CD submitted to the court mysteriously turned out to be blank.
The CD played during the examination-in-chief of Satyaki showed no data, leaving the court and the complainant shocked. Subsequently, Satyaki’s counsel, Advocate Sangram Kolhatkar, requested to play the YouTube video, which was declined by the court on the same day.
The complainant said that the CD contained the video when it was ealier played before the court
Satyaki’s counsel, Advocate Sangram Kolhatkar, informed the court that the original CD containing Gandhi’s speech was submitted before the court at the time of the registration of the case in 2023. Kolhatkar said that the CD was played before another judge who was previously hearing the case, at the cognisance stage, following which, summons were issued to Rahul Gandhi.
“When the case was registered in 2023 in the court, we had submitted the original CD containing the alleged video along with the URL of the YouTube channel. The other judge, in whose court the case was being heard, then saw that the video on the CD was indeed playing. Now, the CD shows no data,” Kolhatkar said.
After discovering that the original CD was blank, Advocate Kolhatkar sought the permission of the court, the same day, to play an available YouTube video of the speech. Kolhatkar’s request was met with a strong objection from Gandhi’s counsel, Advocate Milind Dattatray Pawar, who contended that such online content was not directly admissible as evidence before the court.
Allowing Pawar’s objection, Magistrate Shinde referred to the Indian Evidence Act and said that the YouTube video URL was not supported by a certificate as required under Section 65-B of the Act, and therefore, was not admissible. “The URL is not supported by a certificate as per Section 65-B of the Indian Evidence Act. Therefore, the URL is not admissible in evidence,” the Magistrate said.
The complainant sought a judicial inquiry into disappearance of data from the CD
Subsequently, Kolhatkar filed an application before the court to allow an additional CD to be played before it. He produced two additional CDs before the Magistrate, urging him to inspect them in the open court. Pawar objected to this as well. Kolhatkar’s application was rejected by the court for not complying with the India Evidence Act. Thereafter, Kolhatkar sought to challenge the rejection and initiate a judicial inquiry into how the CD, which earlier contained data, turned out to be blank. He asked for an adjournment, which was granted.

Every remnant legacy institution created by the britshit colonial has an expiry date whether it's 18th century judiciary or 19th century bureaucracy or even the police forces. They are incompatible with a free country
They have all long reached their sell by dates
They were specifically created to help the britshits oppress and rule India It should have been just a matter of time, say a few years before they were reformed and repurposed.
why are they still around without being reorganized to better serve a democracy
the answer lies with the brown sahibs who seamlessly replaced the gora sahibs by slyly negotiating a "peaceful" transfer of power, and that they continue to enjoy the pomp and trappings of power to this very day
macaulay has but a small part to play in this game of thrones, the rest was done by these brown sahibs

Street plays performed around the Vishwanath Temple area and various ghats showcased GenZ’s creative expression, presenting the historic and cultural connect between Kashi and Tamil Nadu in a fresh, artistic way. Reel-making competitions have further amplified the excitement, as young creators share glimpses of the event across social media—sparking curiosity and engagement among youth nationwide.
This year’s theme for Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0 is “Learn Tamil – Tamil Karkalam”, which aims to bring language and culture closer to people. The active involvement of GenZ is making this theme even more relevant and impactful.
