The Two party system, takes away so many options for the people. People are made to choose between the politics of these two and there are no alternatives for them. Both the parties are rotten inside, we have not seen the rise of a third party in the U.S. It will not happen. Even Kerala with their Congress Republican's and Leftist Democrats are seeing the rise of BJP.
The Checks and balances are from the institutions and the limits to the political class.

Support for MAGA among Latinos, which was critical for pulling Chump over the line in 2024, is evaporating as well.
Meanwhile, at least half the Democratic Party is riddled through with well-funded and strongly-entrenched Islamic Supremacists of the most malignant stripe. And with the promise of severe economic hardship to come, this faction-- which also professes an absurd slate of socialistic panacaeas in lieu of economic policy-- stands poised to overwhelm any sane voices remaining in the party establishment.
They will wipe out the Schumers and Jeffrieses as surely as MAGA buried the Bushes and Romneys. They will welcome 'brown' subcontinental people who are Muslim and tolerate those who are Dhimmis. And they will persecute any who dare dissent against Quranic hegemony-- such as by failing to adequately suppress their Hindu identities-- as "reactionary", treacherous Wajib-ul-Qatl.
You can already spot the seeds of this invective germinating in the "Logical Leftist's" framing of Vivek Ramaswamy and Silicon Valley Indians-- you're not white, but you sure are bourgeois race-traitors inveighed against our Universal Coalition of People of Color! As also in the spate of so-called "anti-caste discrimination" resolutions cropping up to scapegoat Hindus at universities, municipal bodies, corporations, and state legislatures across the country.
