The US once tried to flip our R&AW chief through his son's visa. He refused.

I invite you to think about how many civil servants have children & family in the West today.

What the hell is happening at the
@EduMinOfIndia
?
@dpradhanbjp

It has released a very problematic, dystopian gazette on 13th January.

This gazette allegedly seeks to remove discrimination at higher education institutions.

1. In this gazette, discrimination is defined as implicit which is as good as undefined.

How can one implicitly do discrimination? This vague, subjective term allows intent to be inferred without evidence. This will just silence any criticism of the Jitni Aabadi, Utna Haq type of arguments.

2. Equity is defined as "level playing field". Now, what is level playing field?

How level playing field will be created and justified? This is a woke vocabularly, directly imported from the US of America.

3. Under clause 7 (a), the Ministry of Education is pushing for ideological oath for equity. First things first equity is a political term.

Such clauses push for belief compliance rather than behavioural compliance.

Compelled speech violates individual liberty. The State must not mandate ideological allegiance.
4. 'Equity Squads' or surveillance on campus?

Under clauses 5 (11) and 5 (12), the government now mandates Equity Squads. These squads enable permanent internal monitoring and encourages peer-reporting culture.

Campuses will turn into suspicion zones and this is simply dystopian. There is no due process defined for Equity Squads but just vigilance.

This will open the doors for reverse harassment.

5. Under Clause 5(2), the Equal Opportunity Center created under this gazette will be engaging with NGOs, district administration, and police.

This opens a way for leftist-Ambedkarite NGOs and police machinery to campus.

It will create chaos and political circus to harass students and make their lives difficult.

Indian universities are meant to be self-regulating knowledge spaces, not extensions of district administration.

6. Most bizarre is the clause 11 which seeks to debar institutes from the UGC schemes and offering degree programs for non-compliance.

Minor procedural non-compliance can destroy institutions. No graded penalties, no proportionality doctrine.

India needs strong universities, not perpetually threatened ones.

Now, some will give arguments of the SC guidelines for this act. But, the legislation creation was solely under the ministry of education.

The SC did not give these definitions or clauses. It could have halted or drafted in another way. We have seen how the government fully complies with the SC guidelines!

Karnataka Govt has even put stickers of the recent backward class survey on their houses!

The fake address on the Aadhaar card is entered by the person himself who did Aadhar!

He doesn’t even have Indian DL but buys a vehicle on loan given by Bajaj Finance!

The state is doomed!

His friend sits in Bangladesh & Aadhaar is already issued!

This is systemic rot! Vote bank states won’t act. Centre must act NOW!

Editorial in Mint today pushing “dual passport” case. This should never be allowed. Ever. Something is brewing.

It's extremely shocking. A BDO office has been reportedly ransacked by a gang of unruly Mob at Farakka and FIR has been lodged. It's quite a scary visual, CEO WB reports one AERO & two Micro Observers has been badly injured. SIR happening all over but nothing like this.
