I dont think we can put astra integration with 2052 on HAL. Can they deliver the planes with 2052 installed and weapons integration can proceed in parallel? if yes, then HAL has done its job and it is IAF delaying acceptance

Honestly, AMCA is a paper plane at this point. We have not even delivered Mk1A and then we have Mk2. I dont know if IAF has the time to wait for AMCA which seems like unobtainium at this point even with funding.

maybe we will buy CDG used like we used to previously for non-nuclear carriers. IMHO, I dont think we need carriers of huge tonnage beyond 50k - future is likely vertical take off combat airplanes - UAVs that too... Catapults might be mainly for planes like E2D category...
