I think NaMO is not doing it intentionally...he also wants to build a world class MIC aeroeco system for india and that would require firangs to come and build here..that can only be done by keeping them invested here...if they know there goose is cooked why would they invest in india?

Coming back to performance, C/C++ beats Python and java hands down. If you can code in assembly then nothing better than that. To clarify, I certainly don't have any issue with the spirit of such laws. My objections are with 1) uneven enforcements and reality on the ground. I 2) don't believe that anyone is going to disagree about the horrendous traffic safety issues in India. I just personally don't see any traffic cop go...
