No Cold War weapon including ABM missiles accelerate this fast. There is clearly a two stage burn. If the second is a scram jet, this is almost science fiction. However it may be a secondary booster rocket.

The Indian position is one of take it or leave it, after the latest foreign ministers talks.

The Chinese need to proceed on the assumption that the Indians have an understanding with the Americans.

Membrane filtration technology is available to turn brackish water into potable water. Further stills at that attitude are more effecticient as the boiling point of water is lower.
