Fourth to block ingress from sea of Timor or to visit South China. One to watch over Cape of Good Hope and one more for the Red Sea.
One backup for these.

There are very many disused airfields in N.E. from WW2. They were used for supporting the chinese against japs and for supporting allied troops in Burma. Many of these can be revived, not only for air force but also civilian use.

The so called Himalayan Salt is actually mined in pukistan Punjab and has nothing to do with Himalayas .
Even the Indian FSSAI doesn't know this!
