What on Earth is the Navy doing, with such manoeuvres in crowded waters? Mumbai harbour is packed at all times, boats to Alibag, JNPT, Elephanta et.al. The least they could do was shut civilian traffic off in such an area!

Interesting data point - the Canadians have implicated Amit Shah in some shenanigans. Ambassador KC Singh mentioned last night on Sardesai's show that the Canadians would implicate the HM. Wonder if they're all drinking from the same pond, so to speak.
