It seems like so far only VB & Amrit Bharath (AB) trains are allowed to do 130 Kph on the entire Bangalore-Chennai route. Checked the train timings on IRCTC site and the Chennai (MAS)-Bengaluru (SBC)-Mysore (MYS) VB between MAS-SBC takes 4hrs 5 minutes while the MAS-SBC VB takes 4 hrs 30 minutes...
